Delivery Options

Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. Royal Mail's next-day aim isn't guaranteed and may not apply to some postcodes, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. See our next day delivery page for more detail.

You can also order online and collect from our Bedford or Flitwick shops with click & collect.

Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Times

To make sure your order arrives in time for Christmas, please order before these times:

• Royal Mail: 23rd December, 3pm
• Local same-day delivery: 24th December, 9am

Orders placed after these times will be dispatched on 29th December.

Tracking and Missing Deliveries

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a Royal Mail tracking number. You can follow your parcel on Royal Mail's Track Your Item page.

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days, please contact us at customerservices@ilovevapour.com or call 01525 714001.

Returns

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please don't throw the item away until we've had a chance to look into the problem.

Once we receive the item, our team will test and inspect it. If it is faulty, we'll offer a refund or replacement within 30 days. Refunds are made to the payment method you used for your order. If the product is no longer available, we'll refund you including your postage, or you can choose an alternative product.

If we find the item isn't faulty, or the damage was caused by misuse, accidental damage or wear and tear, we won't be able to replace or refund it, and you'll be responsible for any costs.

Changed Your Mind?

If you'd like to return a product, unused and undamaged, within 28 days of purchase, please email customerservices@ilovevapour.com. Refunds are made within 24 hours of us receiving the returned product. All returns must be sent by recorded delivery.

How to Return an Item

Pack the item securely in its original box. Write your full name, original order number and reason for return on the outside, and send it to:
