Delivery Via Local Same Day

We now offer SAME DAY LOCAL VAPE DELIVERY, our same day delivery is free when you spend £30.00 or more. Please make sure you select same day local delivery at checkout or orders will be sent out via royal mail. Orders placed before 1pm with arrive the very same day, orders placed after 1pm will be delivered the next morning. Our same day delivery service runs Mon-Sat orders placed on Sunday will arrive Monday excluding Bank Holidays.

Any Orders Below £30.00 will be charged £2.99 Delivery fee.


Delivery Via Post

We offer FREE Royal Mail 2nd Class UK delivery on all orders over £20.

For same day dispatch, please ensure your order is placed before 3pm on weekdays. Orders after 3pm will be sent out the next working day.

All orders are sent by either Royal Mail or DPD Local (£5.50) on order below £30.00 For next working day delivery please select DPD Local. 


Royal Mail (1st Class proof of postage)

  • Usually two working days but allow up to 7 working days
  • Deliveries made Monday to Saturday


DPD Local (Next Working Day) Free when spending £30.00 

  • Next working day (Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands is a two-day service)
  • Deliveries made every working day
  • A fully tracked service with a 1hr delivery window and collection point options
  • Signature required on delivery, otherwise safe place option without is available


Missing a delivery

If undelivered within 7 working days, please track the item with tracking number or contact or call 01525 714001


We understand that receiving defective or damaged goods can be frustrating, and we want to ensure that you have a seamless experience with our customer service team. If you happen to receive any defective items, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receipt. We kindly request that you do not dispose of the goods until we have had a chance to investigate the issue.

Once we receive the defective goods, our dedicated team will thoroughly test and inspect the product. If it is found to be defective, we will promptly offer you a refund or replacement within 30 days. Rest assured, any refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for your initial order.

In the unlikely event that the product is no longer available, we will issue a refund inclusive of your postage fees. Alternatively, we can offer an exchange for an alternative product of your choice.

Please note that if it is determined that the goods are not defective or if damage is caused by misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear, we will be unable to provide a replacement or raise a credit. In such cases, you will be responsible for any costs incurred.

Refunds will be made within 24hrs of the product being returned, all returns must be sent via recorded delivery.

How to Returning the Items

Please ensure all returned items in the original box are packaged securely and sent to the address below, with the full name, original order number and reason for return written on the outside.
